Shipping & Lead Times

Our advertised pricing includes standard freight in the lower 48 states with the exception of our gently used products. Please contact us for a custom freight quote for expedited freight, or shipments to locations outside of the lower 48 states.

Shipping is a priority and we know that speedy delivery is of major importance to every customer. Most of our products ship directly from the manufacturer's regional warehouses. When your product leaves the factory or warehouse, we will forward detailed tracking information so that you can plan for the delivery.

*****IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION**** When the freight company picks up your order from our factory, they own it. When your order is delivered and you sign for it, you own it. Please keep this in mind when receiving freight. If your package shows even the smallest sign of mishandling, please make note of the damage on the packing slip that you sign. Simply write "visible damage" on the packing slip or portable signature terminal. Please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the freight company and quickly get your equipment repaired or replaced. If you find damage after you already signed for the delivery "free and clear", there is no recourse available with the shipper.

Products weighing less then 100 lbs. typically ship via UPS Ground or Fed Ex Ground. Products weighing more then 100 lbs. typically ship via common carrier (FedEx Freight, Roadway Express, Estes, etc.). Please keep this in mind when specifying your shipping address.

Shipping large items via common carrier to a business with a loading dock or fork truck is much easier then shipping to a residence. Common carriers do NOT unload your product. You are responsible for unloading your product from the back of their truck. If you need a custom lift gate service, there is an additional charge of $80. Many of our larger commercial products are skid mounted. The truckers usually have a pallet jack to move the pallet to the end of their truck, but you will need to take it from there. We do not have much flexibility in choosing which freight company delivers your order. Our manufacturers choose the trucking company based on current shipping demands and contractual obligations.

Please refer to the product description for estimated availability. Our manufacturers usually move stocked items out of their factory or regional warehouses in 3-5 business days. Stock levels change daily. Our manufacturers ship out thousands of units a day. If we have an item in stock on a Monday, please understand that by Tuesday it may have already been sold. All built to order equipment will be dependent on current factory loading. It is best to call us for current availability if lead times are critical. In all situations, plan an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. Expedited freight is always an option.
