This product has a 1 year total parts warranty.  This is a parts only warranty.  If a part fails, Berko will ship a replacement part to you.  The labor to install the part is NOT included.  This warranty is between you and the manufacturer.  Detailed warranty information will be included in the box.  H-Mac Systems will help you facilitate post-sale issues with the manufacturer, but please understand that all post-sale issues are ultimately between you and the manufacturer.

Shipping: As always, shipping in the USA (lower 48 states) is included.  All shipping is via UPS Ground, insured.  Local pick-ups at the factory are not allowed.  There will be an additional charge for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.  Please contact us for estimates, or visit www.ups.com.
